Summary:
This report has been prepared for the Genesee Foundation to guide them in wildfire planning for land within the Genesee community. Specifically, it addresses the marking of a two shaded fuelbreaks. DES was requested by the client to assist them in marking a shaded fuelbreak that meets the standards described in the Colorado State Forest Service (CSFS) document Fuel Break Guidelines for Forested Subdivisions and Communities.
